You may be right about 1 win being enough, but I would like to get that win on Tuesday.

My prediction:

We will lose the next two then beat Stockport on the last day. That will put us above Crewe and Carlisle who will be lucky to get a single point from their remaining games.

Crewe haven't won in 8, and Carlisle haven't won in 10. In fact Carlisle have thrown away FIVE points by conceding late goals in each of their last 3 games. Hopefully these factors are influencing both teams VERY negatively....

I would be VERY nervous going into the last game depending on losses for Crewe, Northampton & Carlisle - whilst they all have tricky looking fixtures against teams in the top 6, in reality it is likely that their opponents will have little to play for:

Carlisle v Millwall (Millwall are already guaranteed a play-off place);
Crewe v Leicester (Leicester are already promoted);
Northampton v Leeds (Leeds are already in the play-offs).

i dont want to get to excited as i reckon anything could happen in the remaining games! given ourselves a chance though!

It is possible that 1 draw could do it.
Not really likely, I know. But possible.

2 should do it, leaves crewe and carlisle needing 4 points from 2 games i think which i cant see happening.

two wins is probably us safe, the fact that we have another game and both crewe and carlisle dont gives us the immediate advantage

All we need to do is win by 3 goals on tuesday then match crewe & carlisle results in the remaining two games... job done
