The whole commuter, I don't mind working but getting to and from work is an absolute balls ache. WFH has brought home how shite getting the train to London is and my quality of life has improved drastically. I have tried looking for work closer to home but no joy.

Every game not being on the Tellybox and the rigmarole of a virtual trip to the States to watch those you aren't at.

SHOREHAM BY SEA
There's been a lot of talk on here in the last few months about what people are most looking forward to when the pandemic is over (or at least we all start going back to a somewhat more normal existence), and it's unsurprising that people want to look forward to doing the things they like again. However, let's be honest, there's loads of stuff we do ordinarily which we've all been more than happy to kick into touch for the last year or so. So what are you not looking forward to returning?

I can do honestly that’s not the case ...so not everyone

Interesting question though

Must admit I'm getting a bit bored with lockdown.

Today, the doris suggsted I make a bird table and now she's kicking off because she's only 8th, 3 places below her sister.

Now that's funny and you spared it being dissected in a Joke du Jour post :)

Brighton factually.....
Having to make small talk with folk I have nothing in common with or care little about.
Basically social interaction with 99.99% of the population.

Just the simple pleasure of walking into a proper country village pub, a couple of decent real ales, a chat, a fire..... (hopefully not being surrounded by folk and kids eating microwave lasagne and chips.)

Its quite nice having so many oddballs walking on the south downs- especially as our dag likes approaching them and freaking them out
why is this dog up here - should it be on a lead - no shes a free spirit with a wandering tendency,
the little kids playing football whose parents get stressed when my german shepherd picks their footballs up and rapidly you hear hiss...…. - the kid did kick it to her

I was due to have a polyp removed from my mouth via surgery at the MaxoFacial unit in March last year. It was cancelled. As it hasn't turned into anything sinister in the meantime (they were going to do a biopsy as routine) I may not bother now.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE dont not have it done. I had a small polyp removed at that unit and it turned out to be a spitzoid melanoma. My dentist, Dr, and various NHS specialists all thought it was "probably" just a benign growth but it actually turned out to be a very rare occurrence of a cancer (like only the second anywhere worldwide in a person on my age group and gender rare ). In all probability yours IS nothing but on the very unlikely event it is something else its worth having it done. The actual surgeries were quick and relatively painless- more discomfort for a few days. Follow up treatment was not required just regular check ups for a while,

PLEASE go and have this removed when you are able to.

I’m least looking forward to the realisation that I’ve just lost ~2 years of my finite existence on this earth.

Returning to my favourite pubs and cinemas only to discover they’ve gone out of business.
