Anyone got anomalies with season tickets on their mobile? I have 2 , but only one is showing for the Southampton game ( my partners, not mine ) and only one ( mine ) for the Brentford game and that shows a date of 6th December. A call to the ticket office perhaps?

I wouldn't worry. It normally corrects itself before match day. And, displaying a different game shouldn't matter. I'm pretty sure my phone has done that but it still scanned me through at the turnstiles.
Thanks. I'm more concerned that only one season ticket , instead of two appears for each date and the second date is incorrect.

An incorrect fixture on a season tickets isn’t a problem and will should auto update, it certainly won’t prevent you from getting in if it is still wrong on a match day.

You can try a manual update on the season tickets. The actual process varies depending on if you are on iOS or Android.

For iOS go to your wallet and select the ticket that is displaying the wrong fixture. Tap the 3 dots in the circle in the top right hand and select pass details.

This will bring up another screen, pull down from near the top of the screen l, this will force an update to the ticket and the last updated time should have changed to “just now”.

Click the top left back arrow to return to the ticket and see if the details have updated.

Someone else will be able to tell you how to update it on android.
