So on Sunday I “ won “ 1200 quid withdraw the money and the money was in my bank , this morning the on line company put a chargeback on my bank and the on line casino said it was a glitch and shut my account do I have a case or not?

Assuming you haven't breached any of their t&cs, and you know that the funds weren't due to aglitch, then yes you have a valid case and should definitely pursue it.

I had one closed down, because i had multiple accounts on the same site to exploit bonusses.
They still have £50 of my money, but cba to pursue it. because i knew full well I shouldn't be doing what I was doing

It's weird how the issues with KYC only ever seem to arise when you attempt to withdraw funds.

I won a chunk of money off them a lot of years ago which could be arguably down to a "glitch".

From memory, they did a big bonus multiplier on a first? deposit which I went for. The bonus playthrough was huge probably about 20 or 25X. My bonus would have been eroded if I had played low stakes with the house edge but i noticed on the hi-lo card game after a certain rank of card was out the next was always an Ace so I played small stakes until the trigger card and then bet big on the next hand which I always won. The odds were almost nothing on hi-lo with an ace showing but I was betting hundreds per hand when the time was right and got through the wagering requirements very quickly with almost zero loss of bonus
