They were always ok with me.

How did you win the money?
How long have you had an account with them?
Were you using bonus funds?
Have they explained the glitch?

Assuming you haven't breached any of their t&cs, and you know that the funds weren't due to aglitch, then yes you have a valid case and should definitely pursue it.

I had one closed down, because i had multiple accounts on the same site to exploit bonusses.
They still have £50 of my money, but cba to pursue it. because i knew full well I shouldn't be doing what I was doing

Thanks

I won a chunk of money off them a lot of years ago which could be arguably down to a "glitch".

From memory, they did a big bonus multiplier on a first? deposit which I went for. The bonus playthrough was huge probably about 20 or 25X. My bonus would have been eroded if I had played low stakes with the house edge but i noticed on the hi-lo card game after a certain rank of card was out the next was always an Ace so I played small stakes until the trigger card and then bet big on the next hand which I always won. The odds were almost nothing on hi-lo with an ace showing but I was betting hundreds per hand when the time was right and got through the wagering requirements very quickly with almost zero loss of bonus :)

Anyway, as per my above post, Casinomeister is well regarded and can be helpful in your situation OP.

Saw this and thought it was similar with PP claiming it was a glitch https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cx2gl2n2n14o

Mr Justice Ritchie granted summary judgment in her favour, meaning she won her case without a trial.
He said: "When a trader puts all the risk on a consumer for its own recklessness, negligence, errors, inadequate digital services and inadequate testing, that appears onerous to me."
