I think with the email it could well be his PA that has written it but it was from his email account, the whole situation is crazy!

The e-mail may have come from a genuine acccount or been hacked but it content is laughable. What about "stoop so low" when talking about the poo on the floor? If you read it carefully it is full of clues to the wind up. The naivety of some people on here is beyond belief.

Considering what shit (no pun) the Sun and other similar papers have been through in recent years Im pretty sure the Sun lawyers would have been all over the email before it was published... which suggests the Sun believes it to be real. Although the Sun does not connect the suspension directly with the email it does not rule out that it could be connected. We have no facts on that but if it is true then the odds that Gus's email is not connected with the suspension would be very high indeed.

As for Vicente... this is the man who attacked his previous club when he left and whatever.... his interview does not match what the other players have been saying all season... if it is true then we can stop worrying about half the team following him cant we.

We are still very much in the realm of fiction here but the Sun article should at least temper our knee jerk reactions about Gus's disloyalty.
