I downloaded the offical 2012 iPad app this morning, and it is excellent.

Features the full timetable information, live results of every event, profile of EVERY athlete, medal table, etc.

I am a massive statto and it shall be my companion through the next two weeks.

Has anybody found any others?

Is there one which shows the TV scheduling, effectively, perhaps?

I'd like to know this as well- I noticed the US are getting a free streaming service for every event via NBC. Do we have similar?

The BBC are showing pretty much every event, across 20 HD digital channels. I don't know how much content they are putting on line (although whatever they do, will definitely be free).

In conjunction with Sky, I found the 24 TV channels on 450-473 on Sky. They will be showing almost everything live. not sure what's being streamed online though, I would have thought it would be.

Have not looked at apps as yet but the Radio times 16 day TV Guide is a must to get to grips with the 24 olympic channels. It states Watch on SKY, Freesat, Virgin and ONLINE. Also says ONLINE you can rewind all 24 channels when showing live events .

Mens Cycling Road race on Olympic 3 tomorrow...

The BBC app seems to suggest there will be 24 live streams on it.

Will download that later. Not so interested in that though, as I have a TELEVISION. Its more the scheduling and stats and that, that I want from the app.

For a bit of fun, another one I found earlier called 'Show your flag' or something. You choose the nation(s) you are supporting, and everytime an athlete from that nation wins a medal, in any sport, it unfurls the flag across your phone screen, and plays the anthem.

Not earth shatteringly USEFUL, I grant you...
