He's done an incredible job, turned the club around and is adored by the club.

This is not only a good day for Man Utd it's a good day for PL football as Dickie Scudamore has previously said the PL needs a successful Man U side to thrive and grow.
Ok, I get that this must be an ironic post, but the first line is fairly true, so I don't quite get it.

Classic. Caretaker takes job under no real pressure, lets team play with freedom, team plays well, caretaker gets permanent job. I'm hoping that what happens next is the classic follow-up. Team never wins again, manager is sacked. Ole as the Jeff Wood of Old Trafford.

It's disappointing as I like Ole. I hated it when he played for them as he always seemed like a decent lad. I hate it more now because he still seems like a decent lad.

I want that shitbag of a club to fail miserably so the last thing I want is someone who I quite like to be in charge.

The best thing I could hope for is that he does really well for half a season and then takes the City/Liverpool job after some random sacking/resignation. That would be funny.

Must be the end of the line for the former Cardiff manager. With the second most expensive squad on the planet.

According to a man u 'insider' Olly is gone and board meeting tonight was simply to start the process of looking for a replacement.

is that same insiders saying he was gone when going to Norway few weeks ago?

though he must have burned up the good faith by now.

Me and a fella at work have the same thoughts on OGS.

Initially we chuckled.
Then we thought annoyingly that maybe he was the real deal.
The we enjoyed the succession of poor runs ending with a handful of decent results.

It was only a matter of time.

If it is ZZ I hope he bolloxes it up too.
