Wedding Anniversary on Saturday, got married when the foty season didn't start before last week in August.

Now it clashes with Oldham away, and I am going, reminded the Missus last night, and surfice to say she was none too happy about the situation.

Should I stay or go (I am pretty much decided to go)
:drink:   :nono:

I'd say stay, but it depends on how many games you go to.

If that's one of your few games, I'd go but take her for a fantastic meal in the evening.

If you go regularly, stay, as Chappers says, imagine the brownie points.

You do seem to have got yourself into a bit of a pickle. If purely out of self-interest, you'll be hearing about the anniversary snub for years, it will be brought up at the most random times in the most unrelated arguments. What about go together, and spend a quality night in a decent hotel somewhere in the Penines or the Peak district? Everyone's a winner, the art of compromise.

Or just go to the match.

Ok,

I know I am in trouble, but I have been waiting all pre-season for this to start, and she knew when she tricked...errr married me that I went to football.

I am going to go, she can go and take the kids to her mothers (Burnley way), so I can get back in time to get the baby-sitters sorted and take her out for a meal and a few victory .... errr anniversary drinks !!!!

SORTED !!!!:bounce: :bounce:

Although I still think she will look like this  when I ask for her permission !

Actually, I can't believe how much that little angry face looks like her now I come to think of it.

Let me introduce Mrs Staffs
