The finest house in the whole of Sussex used to be lived in by Keith Emerson:-

Big up for the Emo. A great shame that Brian Davison from the Nice is no longer with us as there''ll be no more reunions for them. I really enjoyed their concerts in 2002 and 2003.

But how can Carl Palmer cope with doing sets for two bands, I know he keeps himself in good nick 'cos I've seen his solo band and a couple of the recent Asia reunion gigs. Just hope he doesn't get the set lists mixed up.

I'll be there, I'll be there, I will be there ................ ( KE9, Brain Salad Surgery 1973 )

The latest CD from the Keith Emerson band ( with Glenn Hughes and Marc Bonilla ) is possibly one of the best Albums I've heard, ever.

This will be the first opportunity I've had to see Greg Lake live, I've always regretted not going to his 1981 tour gig at The Hawth but I was too young and skint.

I saw Emerson on a solo tour at Fairfield some time ago and he made great play of the fact that his music teacher was in the audience. Much to my surprise, as I wasn't a huge ELP fan, he was OK. It'll be worth going to the festival to see Pendragon and Z Z Top though

I believe Keith Emmerson also went to Tarring High School, as his name was dug into one of the wooden desks.

Which one is Tarring High School? When I lived in Worthing there was High School for boys in Carnegie Road, Worthing Technical High School in the Boulevard, which I attended for my sins West Tarring in Rectory Road and St Andrews in Clifton Road then moved to East Worthing.

I was talking to a bloke over the weekend and he was telling me that his video camera was the reason that Keith Emerson got divorced.

Well actually the content on the tapes of said Mr Emerson, a lady that he wasn't married to and a bit of lateral movement!!!!!!

Mr E and the lady were enjoying the re-runs when his wife walked in.....................

Yep West Tarring in Rectory Road, now the Worthing High School I think.

Surely Worthing High School for Boys was in Bolsover road, and later became Worthing VI Form college, next to Durrington Bridge.

I'm sure it was the hgh school when my brother went there, as the last-but-one intake in that incarnation. I was one of the first years as Wortinhg VI form college.
