In the second half, Gerrald alone takes on Milan.

Liverpool amazingly get to 3-3 at fulltime.

In extra time Milan are the better side but Liverpool hang on, they win on penalties.

It was not a great victory, for most people, the win is a fluke.

Parry should keep his head in the cupboard and that cup should be melted down for a more derserving cause and purpose.

Too right, the England Cricketers getting honours for the Ashes win makes a complete joke of the whole thing. The Australian media must have had a field day with that one - we beat them for the first time in a decade or so of trying... and we immediately bestow honours on them for breaking such a pathetic track record
