Your take on it not, not mine, merely commenting that my have been at Championship level but not in the Championship,

IMO it counts.

Everything changes as time goes on and our championship/division 2 team, could only play what was in front of them.

Personally, I don't think the quality of football has improved anyway, just the stadia, environment and playing conditions.

I would take the Liverpool team of the 80s against last years Chelsea, in the same way that I would take Mullery's Brighton over Lloyd's, Poyet's, Garcia's and Hughton's team.

The team Tilts was in was poor, but regardless of what people feel about his footballing ability, he has still played at and scored in the second tier of English football.
