Yep. And then back in the summer too. Some brighton fan on pink 'n reporting bids today of 1.2m from Norwich, 600k from Southampton and 750k from Sheff Utd. Whether there's any truth there is obviously questionable at best.

Well done to Tony and Gus for keeping the status quo, I was convinced that Bennet would go and I am glad I was wrong.
After this exercise Gus will know who the potential transfer targets in the team will be come the summer and now has time to sort out contracts etc. to stop them from going.

I find it funny how after Bent came to Villa on 18 mil up to 24 ppl complained about him being overpriced etc yet alot of those same ppl seem to think 35 for carrol is alright? Call me bitter from the 6-0 thumping that he and that geordie boys put on us but I hope he is a total and absolute BUST at anfield. Nothing id like to see me. Ireland loaned out to them as well. Hope he becomes the player we all hope he would be and comes back to us on fire and roaring for the next season as I see him as one with alot of potential. If we are going to keep osbourne we mines well loan him out and get him the match time he needs.
