Just got back. Can assure you it was Cullip og and Knight equalising. They were both right in front of me, I was only yards behind the goal.

The first goal was from the very first attack of the game. Yeovil had a shot which hit the post, bounced back out and hit Cullip, who could do nothing to stop himself sending it into the net.

Leon Knight equalised with a 1-yard header after their keeper parried a shot (couldn't tell you who hit that though).

And the winner was up the other end. No idea who.

Less of the 'useless' tag please Dwayne

i went last night, and it was shocking! we were f***ing useless, didnt have a clue coming forward, and torn apart every time they attacked, i know its only a friendly, but im seriously worried, i just cant see where the goals are gonna come from, knight looked good, but hes too small chris mcshite was poor, watto and fatso looked rusty.

i wouldnt bet against yeovil going up, they were a well organised outfit, they passed the ball well, and made us look like a load of donkeys, and i only saw the second half!! the miserable cnuts at the gate made us pay full price £6 for 45 mins of utter wank- never again am i goining to a pre- season friendly.

(and it was knight that scored- not cullip)

First preseason defeat out of the way.

Now bring on Leicester and lets return to winning ways.

Last night we played this formation and team..

Code:
                           Kuipers

                Pethick Cullip Mayo
    Watson Jones
             Hart Carpenter Rodger

                     McPhee Knight

Starting 11 at Oldham I reckon.

Perhaps if dwayne spent more time actually following the Albion than trying to ruin NSC, he would know that Blackwell is pretty fecked on the injury front right now.

ok not brilliant losing but it is only a friendly pointless apart from getting match fit but i question that even as to be 100% you need something more tangeable than a friendly no player with half a brain goes full on in these as he wont wanna pick up an injury. Leicester being last before Oldham will be more of a test being perhaps the decided for SC as to who starts when the proper football gets under way. The Yeovil result is meaningless and always was gonna be unless there was a heavy margin either way say 5-0, 6-0 but even then you'd wanna know why and did one team field a weaker team to experiment etc. I also think its good to have lost in a way as we have been shown to be broken down at the back and its a physcological reminder to the players that the cant expect to go straight up wothout effort and given the chance these other teams in our league can beat us just like the new ones in Yeovil.
