Bluebell........just off the motorway, right bang smack next to the ground. Next to the big retail park, easiest pub to find for away fans:cool: there might be few latics fans in there??? :jester: but most like me in the morning drink in the queens or up in the town centre:p

or the old grey mare at the top of sheepfoot lane, just ask someone, they'll tell you were it is instead of you looking round for age's

I wouldnt park in the car park next to the ground whatever you do as you'll be a tail to tail battle of the cars (if your cars decent it'll just get scratched by people in bangers who arent arsed if their car gets wrecked).

dont know. me and my brother shove it at my dad's then go to the pub getting a lift of my dad who meets us in the ground, he shove's it in royton and walks up, it's down the road from the bluebell and turn left although it's got a little shopping thing and supermarket so it's normally busy around there:bounce:

Is that sponsored bullshit from you Normandy Seagull or is it just a hobby? I have never read such a pile of crap in all my life. You're obviously somebody who reads rags like the Mirror, Sun or Mail and actually believes the shite that they come out with. It's like me saying:

'Good Advice - avoid homophobic chanting as this might incite a riot with the natives. My Uncle's mate's ex-wife's former flatmate's hamster lives in Brighton and say there is always 'incidents' up there! I was confronted by a couple of gay's and they threatened to rape me. You will notice that most shops and bussinesses have pink and yellow colours, like Mykonos. Brighton averages about one gay rape a week. (It's good to know these things) You always have to pre-pay at the petrol stations. This however excludes the Tesco on Hove way so fill up there. The population of homosexuals is high and the local gays have little else to do apart from paint cars yellow, pink and purple all over the place. Some of the pubs can be extremely camp. Use your common sense and gut instinct. For some reasons the locals think the 'camp' voice and dialect is increddibly funny and often pretend to not understand what you are saying. If you ask what time somewhere shuts/opens expect to hear the words "Oooooh, I don't know", as well as a strange hand movement instead of 'I dunno'. Apart from that enjoy the day!!!'

Can I just say that I don't believe any of the crap in that last paragraph but it's not nice to talk bollocks is it?

On to the game, if you're coming by train, then ignore the bit that says that Mills Hill is only 20 mins walk. It's at least half an hour, even if you're pushing it. However, IMO, it's better to go that way and there are a couple of pub along the way. If you go to Mills Hill, then you want to catch the train from Victoria going to 'Rochdale via Castleton' or sometimes 'Rochdale via Moston'. If you're going to Werneth or Mumps then you want the 'Rochdale via Oldham' trains. Journey time is about 10 mins to Mills Hill.

To the person who said that it's too expensive to get up her. If you book in advance from Euston to Manchester Piccadilly, then you can get a return for £20. I could get to Brighton for about £25 with my railcard.

Have a good day (apart from Normandy_Seagull). It's good for our club even to starting the season.
