How's the knee [MENTION=1320]Notters[/MENTION] ? Mine is shagged now. Slight runner's knee from return from long injury lay off.
Got it 10 days ago. Had 6 days off before last Saturday's Parkrun and it felt fine by 9am. No problem running the Parkrun but afterwards pain for 2 days that reduced with ice. Won't keep me out for long but I'm trying hard not to run till it's fully happy.
Working on stretches for quads and hips and now started strengthening. Two socks filled with pebbles from the beach and tied together. Wrap round ankle, sit on table and doing leg raises ad nauseum or until the wife screams at me to stop.
Feeling ready otherwise and still on for a Parkrun win attempt on March 12th.
