between everyone on here us lads can get some serious brainstorming done which means less thought, less time, more drinking in the pub. and by the 25th, we'd have some good ideas too.

so far i'm trying to get a family photo done for most of my family.
then there's always cd's an chocolates etc but maybe something different this year!! i need help! what has worked for you guys in the past which is available in any half decent town center?

i'm gonna get the old man a dvd player. you can pick em up a lot cheaper than a year or so back and its time he joined the new age of technology.

Why not be totally original? A couple of years ago, I bought a mate of mine a session of colonic irrigation as a joke. He put it off for ages. but when he finally went for it, he loved it. Very healthy apparently.

PM me if you want the details. £55 last time I checked. The only registered colonic therapist in Brighton.

If the loved one you buy it for doesn't like it, they can shove it up their arse!! :lolol:

Dvd for the folks, as a joint present. Then vouchers. Mum will probally want Fianl Fantasy what ever no it is now, for her PS2. The OB, I'm thinking something to drive Mum nuts, like a Satus Quo album.

I suppose a weekend in Walsall is quite an exciting prospect for someone who lives in Reading. Most residents of Sussex By The Sea would find it fairly disappointing but, hey, we shouldn't be sniffy about other folk wanting to broaden their horizons.

I have four step kids this year and they all have birthdays between 28/11 - 29/12 (eldest step daughter is on the same day as me) as well. Thus far I have got two Birthday presents covered and one Christmas present.

Luckily I have got Mrs BHA sorted !

For my Dad, some olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
For my Mum, a Pair of decent Ski gloves
For my Sister, a ticket for the game at Walsall on the 28th.
for my Girlfriend?

Any ideas?

(P.s, Not sex related, her mum wouldn't appreciate it:lolol: )

Silver chain or bracelet (silver isn't that pricey and nicer than gold)

For those who are laughing at Ali buying his sister a Reading ticket, his sister is a bigger fan of Reading than he. :lolol:

sister - loads of albion stuff, seeing as she can't get to the shop
Nanny - ?
Grandad - ?

Try Thorntons chocolate or toffees for the older folks. Ned's Gran is 95 and she loves them.

(they also do wine and bouquets)

SO HAVE I!! But then i have nothing to do all day but mess around on NSC and go shopping.

I have bought pink hairdryers for the kids; a shower radio for my sister; one of those heated lavender warmer things you can put on stiff joints for my mum (www.lakelandlimited.co.uk Ref: 1450); a kite for my nephew; Sea Monkeys for my other nephew (also can't go wrong with Bionicles from the Lego shop this year for boys aged 5 - 8); rental on a row of vines in a French vineyard for my dad; an insulated takeaway carrier for a curry loving mate (also Lakeland Limited £9.95 Ref No:4225); one of those hand-held Aerolatte Milk Frothers for a friend who likes frothy hot chocolate; boxed wizard wands for friend's children (www.themagicwandshop.co.uk); and a nice BROWN leather lap-top bag for the guy who writes the cheques in our house.

Sorry I didn't get you lot anything....
