Hi
I live in New Zealand, but plan to come back to England sometime and want to try to catch a game either towards the end of this season, or the beginning of the next. I understand that you need to have a fan number in order to buy tickets, and have emailed the club on 21st August to obtain one. I don't have one as I left the UK in 2007, but have been a season ticket holder in prior years. I have not yet received a reply.
Do you know if it would normally take this long for the club to reply? I did get a notification that they had received my email.
Also, do I need to register my wife and two children, or can one fan number buy multiple tickets?
I understand that the club must be inundated with these types of requests, and I am certainly not asking for any preferential treatment because I live abroad, but would like the opportunity to buy tickets for matches when they go on general sale.
Cheers
