There is trouble with the emergency fail safe braking system, the whole fleet of trains may need to be withdrawn from service ,possibly for a month or so.....

The problem has been known about for ages. It all goes back to the handing over of the maintenance of the trains to a private company. Great decision!

That's a fair old walk-and i thought the DLR was usually more reliable?

I hate the tube. I've had a few problems with it recently, espeically, the hammersmith and city, district and circle and northern lines.

I am lucky to live near bakerloo stations, as bakerloo seems to work ok and also the jubilee which is pretty good.

You're right there,it took the Management 9 days to tell us drivers there was a problem:ohmy: so we were driving illegal and unsafe trains without knowing it,good old PPP!!!

And what country are you living in? We haven't had a socialist government for decades.

Northern Line's always been crap anyway.

This morning was a mess - northern line up the spout, silverlink trains playing silly buggers, all the ONE trains stuck in Enfield....

Roll on the weekend...

10 to 9. Got Jubilee in from LB......someone said that the Nazi's wouldnt treat the jews in the cattle trucks the way they treat us on the Jubilee line ( very tasteless comment but a few people muttered their agreement)

Got to Canning Town....Timetable board out saying next train to Bank in 28 minutes.

DLR man said get a bus to EID

Bus people useless as didn't know what bus it was

...wandered off muttering dark threats under my breath towards EID...Got there at 9:20

Its only the 13th October and I have been 3 hours late one day getting home, stood all the way to Portslade yesterday and today's fiasco........all for £3,426 ....bargain
