Vastly irrelevant, I know, especially this weekend's events, but just wanted to repeat what I've been saying the past few months, to general derision, but because it'll be confirmed in the next few days.
The next Tottenham Hotspur manager will be Martin O'Neill.
Lump on.
:clap2:

(Yes, that's right, I'm preparing the ground for my graceless "I told you so" boasting rights. Feel free to mercilessly abuse me if the job eventually goes to Martin Jol/Peter Taylor/Alan Curbishley/Carlos Queiroz, etc. . .)

But it won't. . . !

Anyway, back to life, back to reality. . .
Iwelumo to get at least one on Sunday. . .

Why Spurs when he could go to Liverpool??? Can't see him trading Celtic for a team who are little bigger than Leicester these days.

I get just shy of 1K if it's Santini

is it just me or does it seem to have taken them a while to get a permanent manager?

Actually Spurs would be an ideal club for O'Neil as it would suit his "Everyone thinks we're crap, let's show 'em" attitiude. I doubt very much if he'll go to Liverpool, not least because he does not get on with Alan Parry (to put it mildly).

But as the Balti man says - I really don't give a monkeys. Sorry SS!

Isn't it Rick Parry he doesn't get on with?

I wouldn't give a toss normally but I told my colleagues that I'd run naked down Gray's Inn Road singing the Albanian national anthem if O'Neill were appointed Spurs manager, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this is all bollocks.

The words to the Albanian national anthem are a bugger to learn, so I'm not suprised you're worried :)

Yeah, our office is on GIR so I want to spare my colleagues a horrendous sight.

Didn't say when I'd do it though.:)

Ossie Ardillies to partner Kevin Keegan.

They will play the famous 0-0-10 formation with a rush goalie!

Couldnt care less, hope they are relagated.

Jeez, the Spurs fans whinge enough now. Can you imagine the whining if they got relegated, you'd hear the grumbling from Palace Pier.

I'd rather they did that (and they will) than CRY as if the world was about to end like those twattish Leeds fans.

Wycombe, Norwich, Leicester, Celtic - Martin O'Neill's managerial career has had an upward trajectory.

Why, when's he so much demand, would he take a massive step back to manage Spurs?
