[Help] O/T - loft conversion

Can the good and great on NSC recommend a decent builder? I’m looking at having the loft converted and been let down by two before they’ve even visited...

Have you already had plans done?
Too big a job for me and my insurance I’d expect but PM me and I can recommend a few I’ve worked for that seem decent.
