Mate been trolled in a forum on fbk. Using pics and being generally shitty. Unclear who the account is etc.. or the reasoning. If anyone knows how to find out who...please pm me! Many thanks..

Facebook has more than 2 billion users. If one in a million are trolling twats, that's over two million. FB is a free service and, as much as they claim to care, they simply don't have the resources to investigate every report.
If the trolling is criminal, report it to the police but I doubt they'll do anything unless it's serious (kiddy porn, death threats etc).

The only real way to get the troll's details is a bit of social engineering and hope they bite; Facebook is a bit of a sod to crack. Happy to help via PM but, to be honest, it may be easiest to block the person and ask FB friends to do the same (if they don't, unfriend them).

Took about 30 minutes to identify the degenerate.
