o/t: internet explorer help please

right. you know the white bit (on xp) where the back, forward, etc buttons are. well on my computer it is a really nasty green with packard bell printed on it. i want it to be nice and white like it was on my old computer.

does anyone know how to do this? please? it really is a nasty green.
