does anyone know the procedure for making a complaint about a hospital. it is the eastbourne dgh. i live in brum so i dont have too much info on it (the hospital that is). i have had a quick look on their website but i couldnt find the complaints bit. has anyone on here complained before and if anyone has any info then please post it on here. its quite urgent as my mum is now lying in bed with a shattered hip bone
