nor me until my missus read about it in her magazine.
its www.ebid.co.uk and its seems to be just like ebay but they dont seem to charge you if you sell something.
p.s. thanks for the reply, it gets boring talking to yourself

I've never sold anything but have bought a few things on ebid. It seems to have less people and so you don't get into bidding wars and drive the prices up.

I prefer the set up on ebid.

is it as safe (dont know if thats a good word for it) as ebay. i.e. should things go wrong are you covered by insurance etc through paypal etc ?

Thanks :)

I use PPPay.com so I am not sure how Paypal works, but PPPay covers you on ebid. It holds the funds for the item - you pay for it, PPPay hold the funds and give the seller notification to send the item then when you receive the item and are happy you notify PPPay and they send the funds on.

I think ebid is just a reliable as ebay, so long as you check peoples feedback etc it's fine.
