O/T CRT;LCD;Plasma

Any of you guys know anything about these TV formats, or a good web site?
Want to buy a new tele and thinking of going LCD but some folk say it's not worth the money, stick with CRT.
Any advice?

Don't get a Plasma if you want it to last; LCD's have crawl issues, HD-ready CRT's are the size of a transit van

Better to not get anything and keep using a 14" portable

(I have an LCD, its got crawl, viewing angle and colour issues as well as shite sound. Only cost E300 though)

I have a 32 plasma, I got the smaller because I was told that smaller plasmas last longer than bigger ones and have better definition than LCD in terms of so called "crawl".

I have had it a year and its great, as to whether it will last 10 years I would hope so, but if not I'll buy another, I expect we will all have new technology by then!
