o/t comp help required sorry

sorry this is a bit of an easy one i reckon

on outlook express i open it and start receiing mail. i get the first 2 then it seems like a huge one with an big attachment starts to come through but it takes so long that it comes up with an error and times out.

so i close it open it again i then receive the original 2 messages again and same thing happens

incidently one of the first messages is from admin saying my mailbox is too full bit its not

can anyone help? because there are importaant mails im expecting behind whatever is holding it up

When we had that problem at work (before we got broadband) it was a case of ringing the ISP to get the problem one deleted from their server

Visit www.mail2web.com and enter your account name and password then delete the offending message from your account.
