I have been scared of needles ever since I was small and the junior doctor snapped a needle in my arm while trying to give me an injection!

Top ones were taken out by snipping the loop of each stitch and pulling the little bits out. Didnt feel a thing and was very quick.

They stitched me up after I had fallen at school and struck my head on the corner of a table. You could see my skull. Having them taken out hurt like buggery but I think it was more because I was a kid and got myself in a state thinking about it.
Nowadays I think they try and use disolvable ones whenever possible.
