Brighton factually.....
76 years old O.J Simpson....

Controversial to say the least.

Wonder which direction he is headed, Heaven or Hell, your guess is as good as mine.

Whatever the truth I do remember the trial was compulsive viewing back in the 90s when there were less tv options than there are now!

When the verdict was read out it was one of those moments when reality jumped the shark. He spent the rest of his life in a state of hubristic disbelief that he was allowed to be a free man. Dead now.

As someone with a naive/barely-there comprehension of the situation, did he really get off on the basis that glove didn't fit his hand?

Pretty much.
That and some pretty shoddy police work as LAPD knew they had OJ banged to rights so they trampled over the crime scene and basically didn't do any due diligence.

That said if someone wants to say otherwise I'll not argue - too long ago.

Official reason yes but more so they didn´t want race riots with the Rodney King thing still fresh. Black trust in authorities on the bottom at the time with polls showing most black people thinking it was a police conspiracy to jail yet another innocent black male. Take with pinch of salt but thats the reason Ive heard
