Has anyone phoned the club shop in the last few days to see how many left?

Want to make sure that there will be enough tickets available on the gate...

Yesterday around 1600 had been sold and we have been allocated 3000, so I'm pretty sure you will be able to buy on the gate.

When I went in on wednesday I was told 1600 had been sold, so I reckon it must be more than that by now. Attendance should be around 2200.

1600 so far, so 2000+ will be a good turnout

Is it a good turnout though...?

- Local game, just up the road.
- A team we've not played in yonks so a 'new ground' for a lot of people
- Massive game, given our league position.

To have only sold c1600 tickets in advance sounds pretty poor to me.

Part of the problem is Tuesday night, you cannot get trains back past Worthing without leaving early which is going to be a pain for people who live west of Worthing.

I agree,we hark on about our amazing away support but surely a game up the road should attract 2,500 minimum. As Bozza said its close, huge game, nice and new ground for many and pay on gate,i guess that price is a tad expensive which may put some off. Our away support isnt what it used to be though

Looking at the earlier post, 1600 was last Wednesday and its now pay on the gate. So as others suggested maybe nearer 2500... not too bad for midweek.

Was waiting for a combination of the ticketing arrangements (pay on the day etc) and finances/thoughts post Leeds.

Went to Leeds, was encouraged so will go to the Valley. Cannot wait as we really really owe a team a pasting and I'm hoping that comes tomorrow.
