The .biz was owned by the previous hosts of NSC and it has just expired, unknown to anyone.

I've sent them the cash to renew it, which they'll do, and then we'll get it transferred to me so it doesn't happen again.

Did you ever do anything about raising the cash to pay for this via annual subs etc or 1 off registration. I am sure most people on here would pay as this question was raised some time ago.

A confusion of choice exists now, because some things don't work in firefox but do in IE. I tried to listen to a recording from eBay today and had to go to IE to do it.

I got caught out, typed my password into a phishing email today, so changed my word and decided to get the eBay toolbar - and that also only appears to attach to IE.

Firefox is better to use though, as a rule.

Do you think so? Personally I cant get on with firefox at all. What with IE7 out now there doesnt seem to be any reason to look anywhere other than Internet Explorer. Although I have heard that on some PC's IE7 is a bit slow.

:nono: :nono: :nono: Use Firefox bud. You know it makes sense;)

I actually found the change from using the .biz to the .com address caused me a problem with the .com address not being allowed to store cookies according to the security settings on IE. I just added the .com address to the allow list and I could stay logged in and post.

Likewise.

Tried FireFox recently but just couldn't get along with it and have gone back to IE.

I'm bafled.

They are both browsers. most of the action happens in the big space in the middle.
So UI differences are largely down to the menu layout.

What has IE got in terms of usability which firefox hasn't?

i.e. What's not to like about firefox?
