As requested, here is a "Welcome back NSC" competition. The game - Owzat cricket. The prize - a pair of Albion gloves - ideal for December games at Withdean.

This will be based on the Owzat dice game you may remember from your childhood or Hawksbee and Jacobs on Talksport. All you need to do is to give me a team name and 6 players and whether you prefer batting or bowling first, similar to the following :-

Entry is now closed. There are 15 entries as well as Gazwag who will get a team allocated by me to make a nice round 16.

Here are the rules - it will be straight knockout with a twist - teams who lose in the first round will enter a plate competition - no prizes but at least everyone will get at least 2 games.

Matches will consist of 6 overs per side. The bowlers will be players 5 and 6 and the wicket keeper player 4.
