Turning into a traditional tournament isn't it? Scotland fail to get through the group stages so the Tartan Army can happily settle back and support whoever's playing England. England underwhelm but do enough to qualify for the knock-out phase where ...... well we all know how this ends. Will it be different this time?

That is rubbish - I had not noticed that until you said.
