Hello.

I find I am unable to post pics, put anything in bold, use emoji’s etc on here

The top of my text box, which used to show all these facilities now just has a faint outline of the previous palette of options.

Anyone know how I can get these features back?

can you see the 3 white dots above the text box? if you can click on them see if the options are there.

Sounds to be like you've toggled the BB code on. To switch it off you should just see the square brackets highlighted [ ] on your tool bar above where you type a message. Click on this and it should highlight all the other options again. If you are on a mobile browser the option may be hidden behind some dots on the far right next to the preview message icon.

I had that the other day, the only thing highlighted was in the top right hand corner.

I fixed it by randomly pressing stuff with no actual knowledge of what I was doing or how to do it again.
