It would appear that NSC broke the Data Protection Act when it passed my name to Dave The Gaffer who subsequently published it on this site. This has been confirmed by a lawyer.

Not only is this illegal, it also goes against accepted internet protocol. I am not happy with this.

I am considering my next move.

What do other people think?

Somewhere over there...
Had a website published a picture of me with my name on it, then I will not be happy.

What the hell can anyone do with just your name? No-one knows what you look like, no-one knows where you live, whats the big problem?

"internet protocol"

Um, no, they all discuss transmission paramaters. There are no laws of the internet, only those of the physical country the act(s) took place in.

You must have really pissed someone off, that's what I think.

However, Dave the Gaffer is not exactly an angel himself and should probably concern himself with his own deal before getting involved with someone elses on an internet board (ferchrissakes).

If thats your real name then it's a bit out of order, but i'm not sure it's worth the fuss your kicking up about it Mr Cockchops.

:nono: all very sad, possibly very childish, from someone who spouts off negative rubbish all the time, winding people up on here all the time.

Don't worry about it, chill out, go soemwhere else where people don't mind you slagging off our team, try http://www.holmesdale.net . I won't tell them your real name.
