It's almost that time again.

This year we will be attempting to get our trophy back after Leicester won it due to our inability to put a ball past a keeper from 12 yards.

The game will be around the end of July; obviously I'll post more specific details when they have been arranged but I need to get an idea of who wants to play this year.

Well count Sunday as training! Get there at half 2 and we can do some laps!

My fitness, as always is appaling, my uncle wants me to do a 10 mile jog with him next Sunday in preparation for his marathon.

I'm a 400m Hurdler with Worthing & District Harriers.

Should be Very fit by then as its the middle of the season.

Oh yeah and I'm also doing the London to Brighton Bike ride.
