What a season, but that today was shite and for me marked a sad end to an incredible season. As I really cannot see us getting Europe unless God grants us a miracle. I really hope I look an idiot come May, but my gut says otherwise.

Defensively in midfield we were awful. No one marked their opposite number correctly, we left gaping holes in midfield and in attack we were tactically woeful. Why oh why are we trying to walk it in. So f***ing predictable. Against a good side we would have been pumped. We didn’t even bother to attack our corners and defend much out wide.

Think RDZ really needs to learn alot and show a more flexible approach..we are crying out for a decent CDM as we all know, but that wasn’t good enough for a side supposedly trying to get Europe for a 2nd successive season.

Excited to see what happens in the Sunmer.

To be honest our season ended in Rome when we were taught a lesson!

injuries have ravaged us, but the most concerning thing is that when we have had players come back in, it doesn’t seem to have led to us kick on.

cant see where the next point is coming from and we have some horribly difficult games coming up

If we experience relegation from the joy division next season, Bloom might need to usher in the new order.

Well, every season is interesting in its own way -- but will 2024-25 be interesting in a West End musical sort of way or more in the Confucian curse style?

Unfortunately RDZ has only one way of playing and a few teams have followed his ideas, not always to their benefit. More teams are dealing with us better. Players are getting knackered. Not sure it is sustainable. It would be helpful to have other options but if RDZ can’t come up with them then TB will get someone in who can.

i keep hearing this but i’m not sure what other way would be better. we’ve been shit defensively all season, playing more on the counter with less possession would be asking for trouble

football has been boring for months, with the odd exception. We very rarely score, especially more than 1. Yes no March or Mitoma but RDZ should be getting more out of this squad.

I don’t see much difference to the same accusations thrown at Potter

Hmm it was shocking display and we looked like the team in the bottom three. Hopefully we can put on a better show in some of the remaining games but I'm not sure about that.

We knew that it would be a huge challenge this season with both the Prem and Europe. The injuries have been relentless too, and what has been the killer is RDZ's 'wobble'. He lost his focus and it has affected the team, so what should have been contending for 7th now looks a struggle to hold on to 10th.

That said, this is his first full season in the Prem, the kids have had a lot more game time than they could have expected and we have cash in the bank, Osman, Sarmiento, Rushworth and Moran returning. We are still in a good place.

Or or or … we’ve had the pace ripped out of the team by injuries

And that’s the word I think
Sustainable!!I think the RDZ way, although can be awesome, requires an awful lot of thought rather than sometimes just playing with your heart or a more laissez-faire approach. You can see when watching that there needs to be a certain pattern of passing that must happen and if it’s not on then go back and start again. To me the players rarely look relaxed nor does Roberto must be so exhausting and stressful which itself will cause injuries and pains throughout the body
