I like Ad-Aware - its really good, and picks up loads


BAG that's not Anti Virus, it's supposed to block Spyware. Most people use AVG with few problems. It's not quite as slick as some but it is free. Cut down on the porn and online gaming and you should be fine.

AVG is free and works a treat. It also requires less of your computers resouces.

The network security people where I work recommend AVAST.

I can also recommend avast. Very good and have never had any problems in 18 months.

I also use avast which is superb along with a sygate firewall and I have not had any problems whatsoever :)
