Basically the government will close boards down if anyone complains and take the poster causing offence to court possibly the board owner as well!

There is almost no chance of someone being charged with Section 5 from a message boards post, possibly Harassment or something similar but it would have to be pretty severe to get anywhere near a Section 5.

Who cares if people think disabled people MIGHT be offended? Surely it would be appropriate to ask the people that are diasbled, if they are offended? It is not your place to decide if someone is offended or not, if you are not afflicted with a disabilty.

You'd be AMAZED at how long it can take the authorities to decide NOT to prosecute someone for an imprisonable offence, once they've decided that they don't like what they've read on NSC.
