Yesterday a story emerged from the Japanese press about a collapse of a NK tunnel in which was said to reside a nuclear facility.

The date of this event was differently reported, as mid September, or mid October.

Yesterday a number of UK news agencies reported the story, including the Independent: but now these stories (online) seem to have disappeared.

Apart from the Sun, not that I'm a reader of this paper

Any thoughts?

Any thoughts?

You are not looking too deeply, still lots of reports of this incident under search engines.

Whether it is propaganda put out by Trump and Fox news, who knows.

The one thing I find strange is that this story emerged just a day or so after China warned that another nuclear test would more than likely collapse the mountain, thereby releasing nuclear waster into the atmosphere to effect areas of China bordering North Korea and also areas of Japan and other close countries

Thoughts - there is an issue with your search.

There were reports of another tremor shortly after their last bomb test, couple of days after, that was thought to be a tunnel collapse. It was from the same site as the nuclear test, but only about 3.6 on the Richter scale. As a recorded tremor, the information should be readily available.

My thoughts are that it is hard to get accurate information out of the United States too, now that Trump is in charge. You just don't know who to believe.

As he has pitched himself firmly against the media, I would have thought they'd be even less likely to spread his propaganda
