Baker was on as they have the coverage from the conference.

He started by saying that he was glad it was being held in Brighton as it wasn’t far for him to travel. But it didn’t take long for him to move onto the Albion.

He said that Brighton and Hove always offers a warm welcome. He then went on to say that just yesterday a couple hundred [Are you sure about that, Norman?] people were outside the conference to welcome the Lib Dems and him in particular.

He said the reason that these people were outside was because they didn’t agree with him that it was wrong to build on an AONB. When this drew applause from his Lib Dem sycophants he said he was glad that “Lewes Council was getting the truth about the situation out to the wider public”.

Sorry Norm, I didn't see hundreds of people demonstrating outside the Brighton Centre not to build the stadium on a AONB, nor at any of the two previous labour demonstrations either! Does that not tell you something Mr Baker you prize tit.
