We keep giving ourselves chances to take a step up. Today’s draw sets the opportunity up again next Saturday. I just hope we finally take one of these chances.

Win a game soon and everything will feel very different.

Remind me what's going well again?

Not in the bottom 3 - and actually we look best of the rest.

The odd draw from our next run of games, a win from Newcastle / Norwich and we will be fine

I think today's game will give us some confidence going into next week. I'm positive and will remain
so.

Well earned point today, and we, frankly, looked at least as good (or as bad if you’re a negative ninny) as Wolves for most of the game. Solid defensively (although Webby gave me the jitters more than once) and solid in midfield. As usual a bit toothless up front but some positive signs in the second half as we started to look a bit more urgent. Very short cameo from MacAllister, but a positive one. Good first touch, obviously thinks quickly and not afraid to shoot.

Bissouma MOM by a country mile for me.

Start next week with the XI that finished today please Mr P.

I didn’t watch it even on a stream.

But interesting the praise you and others are giving to MacAllister and Jahanbakhsh. Based on that and our sterility over the last two months, it would be great if Potter has the conviction and vision to now start with them.

This was another " Must Draw " match and we executed it perfectly. We are dragging ourselves on in the manner of a dying man in the desert crawling towards an oasis.

Normal service will have been fully resumed when this random thread turns into one slagging off Solly, like all the others.

Edit - Silly me why would I doubt NSC.

As you were, normal service has indeed resumed.

Remind me what's going well again?

Assume you weren't at yesterday's game, unlike the 3000 odd who stayed at the end and acknowledged a brave and spirited performance that persuaded all of us there that this side will pull out all the stops to stay up. They looked a dangerous and talented side in the eyes and said...' we will match everything you do today '....' we will work our socks off '...we will close you down '....we will give you as little space as possible '...' and...given the opportunity...we will also take the game to you '
It was a really good point, as was the point at Sheffield and the point at West Ham. We didn't allow Wolves to settle and get going. Bissouma exemplified the attitude and spirit. Working his socks off, breaking up play and trying to set stuff up. It was the drive and energy that we need in midfield. I watched Mac closely for the 13 mins he was on the pitch and realised that we have a different ( and better version of Trossard ) Not a lightweight show pony who drifts in and out of games and appears to many fans to not work hard enough. He wanted the ball. He wanted to take free kicks. He wanted to be involved and he wanted to be in control.
We will get to or past 38 points and we will survive.
