No Travel Vouchers

Could you please help? I paid for 5 books of travel vouchers on 2 August but have not yet received them . I have emailed the club twice without reply & do not have time to wait in a queue on the telephone.

Will the buses / trains be accepting season ticket cards tomorrow?

No, they won't accept smartcards or tickets on buses and trains. I suggest you send me a PM and I will email you some temporary vouchers for tomorrow.
