Which of these took place while he was a Government minister again?

Ah you're right. how silly of me, not a minister......... so supporting terrorists, those that attack the UK with WMD and vile racism doesnt count.

I feel daft for not realising being a minister is what makes it unacceptable, but not being one makes far worse things, just fine.

I guess like it will be just fine if Corbyn becomes a minister in a future Keir Starmer/RBL government (as mooted).

and for the record again I dont support Patel at all, but neither such ridiculous bias when people are throwing stones at glass houses.

Patel was sacked for breaking the Ministerial code. Which only applies to Government ministers. It also only applies to activities undertaken WHILE serving as a Government minister, not activities in their past.

Now allegations coming out that she threw a folder at an official in a meeting.

:lolol:

She is obviously completely out of her depth, unable to express her frustrations intelligently and is acting like a moron.

No Home Secretary since World War Two has been closer to the hearts and minds of the overwhelming majority of this country than Priti Patel. Of course the civil servants and chattering classes despise her but if Boris doesn't back her and see off her critics he'll be making a big mistake.

I keep seeing sentiments like this being expressed. I have yet to see any actual hard evidence of this being produced.

She's the only one in Government that cares about " fighting counter terrorism "

Really..... i am not a fan or defender of Patel, but what guff.

The leader of the Labour, HM opposition party, along with his cult of personality momentum backers seem more than content to look the other way about all the support for Sinn Fein during the height of the troubles, his campaigning outside the court for the Brighton bomber, meeting with eastern block secret services, photo ops with Hamas and laying wreaths in remembrance of slain Terrorists, to even sticking up for Putin leader of the former Nirvana he aspires for the UK, by not condoning the Salisbury WMD on UK streets when the proof was irrefutable, even as other nations condoned it and made sanctions, HM opposition appeased, to presiding over the massive rise of anti Jewish Racism flourishing, unpunished and rampant under his leadership.

post truth, post shame Britain, par for the course.... you're not wrong.

Yes, he's a slightly dimwitted, out-of-touch clown with very questionable judgement. As a lifelong Labour voter, I'm afraid I have to agree that he has been one of the worst leaders (if that is the word) in the history of the party. But this is pure whataboutery and belongs in a "No Jeremy Corbyn Thread?" thread.

Yes. But with a tiny number of extremely prolific and shouty right wingers, most of whom I have on ignore.

So a debate is ok if we agree with you otherwise you put them on ignore.
There are many "shouty" left wingers on here too.
But that seems ok to you.

I always thought from your posts you came across as a bit arrogant and superior.

Thanks for confirming.

I too am delighted to be on HWT's ignore list. I fully agree with you -just somewhat surprised that it took you so long to appreciate his insufferable arrogance.
