PFA Fans player of the month for October went to Terry Cooke.

If we'd won the last few games it could all have been so different for Guy....and I was really looking forward to presenting him with his trophy too.
:p

I'm sure that I speak for Guy when I say Cooke would have been his personal choice....followed by waiter, napkin, knife, fork and big pile o' KFC...

Gutted! And we tried so hard. Cooke came from nowhere in the last week. If we'd managed to get a few more votes in. I gues they must have had a Wednesday board behind them.

well it went up to a tenner briefly, but he's wavered a bit lately so the value is starting to drop.

Complacency perhaps. I will have to get the shirt out again to motivate him.

In the back of When Saturday Comes this month is an article about Gillingham, with a picture of a decidedly slimmer Guy and Andy Hessenthaler. I nearly didn't recognise the big fella.
