No more 4-4-2

I can understand the idea of playing 2 big men upfront with wingers but it is simply not working. Both wingers were poor today and the central midfield was overrun. We need 3 men in the centre of the park. If that means dropping Leon then so be it, but 4-4-2 is not working.

We should go back to 5-3-2 so we have two wing backs (Reid and Harding) pushing forward and also tracking back. 4-4-2 is alright if you have two decent left and right midfielders. It did seem to work quite well earlier on in the season.
