Have watched the video, but don't have sound at work so don't know what they were saying, but is the behaviour really that crazy? Ranger was obviously out injured for a while judging by the boot on his foot, but I bet things like that happen all the time, they just aren't filmed and put on youtube.

Yep, exactly my first thoughts. Ranger being paid at all is sickening.

I remember, and I actually don't mind Leon Best as a player. Especially at this level, he would have been a good signing and Blackburn were very unlucky in that respect. I know it's only a pretend fight, but it's just further ammunition to fuel a disliking of Ranger. Not that it matters in the grander context of the world...

I hope he enjoys a similar career to Elvis Hammond. Made a splash with Fulham, then had a go at Leicester before Cheltenham took a punt. He ended up with Sutton, then a spell with Woking and finally Farnborough, where he has notched 1 goal in 7 games. Frankly, I think Ranger would struggle to match that at the same level.
