I'd LOVE to give it to her! And I'd like her to give ME a JOB, if you know what I mean!
I don't share your enthusiasm. At a push I'd accept the offer of a Krankiew4nkie.

Yes she'd have to be talking about the budget deficit for Wales all the way through.
Would ploughing in Valleys whilst playing on the peaks be acceptable?
Indeed, as a passionate Welsh woman I'm sure she'd be happy to accommodate a massive leek in those valleys.
Some of us are old enough to remember Harold Macmillan's resignation, when the Tories were unable to find a remotely competent or popular Member of Parliament in their ranks who could be trusted with the job. So they gave it to the 14th Earl of Home and hurriedly found him a safe Scottish seat to squeeze him into the House of Commons. At least the lovely Nicola has got the safe Scottish seats sorted, should she wish to get into the UK parliament.

That's not quite true. Macmillan had a deputy prime minister who was widely seen as competent, the safest of safe hands. He was also popular with the public and with his fellow ministers. So why wasn't Rab Butler chosen? As Private Eye had Macmillan saying at the time "Because I hate bloody Butler's guts"
There was widespread dissatisfaction with the process that meant Home got the nod, leading to Tories deciding to choose their leaders by election rather than a conclave of the men in suits
What age is suitable lolProbably most men of a certain age would
She would make a great leader of the Labour party, if she could didnt have the independence thing. There will be many young politicians learning from the style she has adopted

I warmly welcome anyone who doesn't live in Scotlnad to come up and see the wonders of her awfulness. The Scottish National Socialist Party , run by the SS (Sturgeon and Salmond) are about as democratic in their views as Mr AH or Uncle Joe S and their merry crews were last century.
Their idea of democracy is to bully, badger, shout, fight and complain as much as possible, then blame anything South of the Border for Local/National ills and then request vote upon vote upon vote for independence until everyone gives in and the National Socialist Uptoia of Scotland is formed.
Bleak times ahead should she hold any say in the balance of powers...believe me. I would prefer the Greens to those two prunes anyday.
