I’ve aged badly!!! ;I mean people in these videos. It's odd how I don't remember their faces from the Withdean days, not that I don't recognise them from the Amex.

Yeah was slightly done over there as was asked about Withdean games at the time. Speaking more broadly I’d have said 0-4 home to Darlo, the non-league cupsets, any of the war years stuff etcLol ….I was thinking of at least one match that was worse than losing 1/0 to nine men Walsall …say 4/0 at hone to Walton n Hersham
nice video from TNT:
@jackalbion gets a staring role.
I also recognise Maz from seagull social, but my following from abroad does not allow me to recognise me the third co-star ... please enliighten me

Well that's just crazy talk!Guilty as charged on both counts!
Brett WAS there but incredibly resisted the urge to participate front of camera.
Unfortunately, I can only usually get to one or two games a year, with living abroad (last year I did 6 but one was in my adopted home town of Amsterdam, so that was easier), but should I see you I shall say hello. That’ll be me: Russ. Been a regular on here in the past as Captain Haddock. Fan since ‘79. Plenty on here know me either from The Albion games themselves or from the pod I started in Jan 2020 with my mate Pete. I’m one of those guys that seems to know everybody! Say hello if you spot me. I’m a STH in WSU and a regular at away games.

I'd like to nominate the 7-1 at HuddersfieldIn my 40 years of going, I don't think the humiliating defeats against lower league opposition are the ones that stick out as the worst - these things do happen - the magic of the cup and that.
The 9-man Walsall game was simply ridiculous, but so ridiculous that you can almost laugh about it looking back (not at the time obviously - my throat was ripped raw from screaming at Clayton bloody Ince, continually catching our hopeless gentle crosses, then lying on the ball for about three minutes).
I always come back to a mundane 2-1 defeat to Mansfield, in the FAC 3rd round in January 2008. I think that was the flattest, shittest, most 'is this really worth it' Albion match of my life.

You weren’t the fella I chatted to in the toilets at ‘half time’ at the Albion Roar event on Matchday in The ‘Dam were you?Unfortunately, I can only usually get to one or two games a year, with living abroad (last year I did 6 but one was in my adopted home town of Amsterdam, so that was easier), but should I see you I shall say hello.
Christ! That Pompey thrashing was depressing and grim. Thankfully I wasn’t at Hudds or Oldham.Losing 7 (SEVEN) - 1 is at least funny / memorable. And it was away, so must at least have had some adventure / fun / gallows humour about it. And we scored a good goal!
I was at the 6-1 defeat at Oldham in sub-zero temperatures, that was grim as f***, and a horrific 5-1 at Fratton Park, where we got soaked, and penned in afterwards while they rained bits of concrete down on us - but like your Huddersfield, at least there's a STORY in it.
The Mansfield defeat just had no redeeming feature. No story, no joy, no HOPE.
If I had flowing fiery hair and a beard to die for, I may well have been ... I was there with the other dutch seagulls. You weren’t the fella I chatted to in the toilets at ‘half time’ at the Albion Roar event on Matchday in The ‘Dam were you?
This is true - no idea who those people are, but you never see the old regulars in these things.I always find it strange how I never seem to recognise any of the people in these things. Which is odd as going to Brighton away games in the Withdean era, it felt like you recognised everyone, and was the same old faces everywhere you went.
I’m not expecting many people to recognise me from withdean away games, when I was aged 4-14 when we were at the Withdean. I went for a long time with my dad who's sadly no longer with us. I’ve got a lot older and less better looking. This is true - no idea who those people are, but you never see the old regulars in these things.
The Name Of My Sex Tape.no redeeming feature. No story, no joy, no HOPE.
Ah yes. I think at the time Mansfield were bottom of the football league. In my 40 years of going, I don't think the humiliating defeats against lower league opposition are the ones that stick out as the worst - these things do happen - the magic of the cup and that.

Absolutely this. My (crappy state school) Design and Technology teacher was on the Mansfield board at the time FFS - the whole thing felt incredibly small time and a sign the Albion were going nowhere fast (building yet to start on the Amex, and if memory serves there was a lot of doubt as to whether it would actually happen). As you say, I don't think I've ever seen a flatter performance. Still angry at Joel Lynch for his part in it - utterly dreadful.I always come back to a mundane 2-1 defeat to Mansfield, in the FAC 3rd round in January 2008. I think that was the flattest, shittest, most 'is this really worth it' Albion match of my life.
How old is he?In fairness, I think we worked out @jackalbion is almost certainly the youngest Albion fan to have seen a game at the Goldstone? Isn't that right?
