Well, I had some spare time on my hands and decided to try and figure out where we would finish next season, I worked this out by
...Adding up the total amount of points we got under Slade = 20 and divided it by his amount of games = 14 and x by 46 (amount of games in a season) which came to a respectable, but not in the playoffs… 65 points.

I then only did this for Slade's last 7 games when the push for survival really started with us getting 15 points out of a possible 21. I divided 15 points by the 7 games and again x by 46 and came out with a staggering 98 points which would obviously secure the title.

Unhappy that either of these two results were reliable I worked out an average 65+98 = 163 which I then divided by 92 which is the two seasons total amount of games so... 163 divided by 92... Which works out the average points per game = 1.7 after this I multiplied this by 46 and got the average points total of 81 which would take us into 6th place and a play off place.

Now I am not an expert but I think this is a very good assumption of how we could to next year, this is of course if we keep the majority of our players.

So what do you think of my working... accurate or not? I just thought I may as well work it out as I had the time.

Look forward to your opinions and views on the matter.

Im actualy very impressed by your math. However this is coming from someone who wouldnt know what 7+12 is.

Of course it means nothing for next season, but well done all the same.
