Moving into the new family house in Seaford in 1970 when I was 5, I remember the people who moved out had taken every light bulb with them.
That fence should be listed. Grade 1 !
Re light bulbs, the cock that pissed us about fr months buying my old place got the keys to his new home, with one in the hall way, that was it, we were tempted to leave some prawns somewhere but sensibility got the better of us.

Many years ago, I worked, very briefly, as a cleaner at Varndean (everybody should clean a toilet for a living at least once in their life), and the head caretaker there was complaining that the previous occupant of his house had not only taken the light bulbs but had hacked up the bottom of the stairs trying to remove the last step. IIRC, it was somewhat a ornate bullnose last step.
Happened to me in my current house. And he also took the dog grate.
So, we had no light, and no fire on our first night - had to go to the pub....
